Election 2008
Before I created the Election 2010 frontpage template, there was this back in 2008… I used HTML, Photoshop for graphics, Saxotech script (a proprietary programming language used to display news articles), and JavaScript to run the vertical scroll (running under “Key New Jersey Results”). See picture.
2010 Election Results Update
Last night, I gave my election results theme a slight upgrade. I gave the editors a way to update a candidates vote tally, as you see below. The admin panel, where an editor could edit candidate’s info or delete a candidate, was programmed in PHP and all the data is stored on MySQL database.
2010 Voter Guide – Frontpage Edition
Completed: Under a two-hour turnaround inside a work day. Took the election map elements from the original voter guide standalone page and embedded an iframe on the front page, while pulling latest election headlines and links. All graphics were made either with Photoshop or Illustrator.

2010 Phillies Playoff Front-Page Topper
It was all Photoshop for doing image manipulation and fade-in/fade-outs and graphics, while keeping the font and colors consistent with what Major League Baseball used for their branding. HTML and CSS was used for image and object page positioning.
