I re-branded the Varsity Game of the Week page back in December, 2010 with a new logo and web page re-design with table-less HTML, CSS and Photoshop. My logo ended up being in the February 11, 2011 issue of the Courier-Post Varsity section, page 4D.

Last night, I gave my election results theme a slight upgrade. I gave the editors a way to update a candidates vote tally, as you see below. The admin panel, where an editor could edit candidate’s info or delete a candidate, was programmed in PHP and all the data is stored on MySQL database.
Completed: Under a two-hour turnaround inside a work day. Took the election map elements from the original voter guide standalone page and embedded an iframe on the front page, while pulling latest election headlines and links. All graphics were made either with Photoshop or Illustrator.

It was all Photoshop for doing image manipulation and fade-in/fade-outs and graphics, while keeping the font and colors consistent with what Major League Baseball used for their branding. HTML and CSS was used for image and object page positioning.
This was a front-page promo telling readers to pick-up a copy of the newspaper for expanded Flyers-Blackhawks coverage, designed back in June, 2010.
